Core Values
Stewardship is the careful and responsible management of the environmental and social systems we live in to sustain their well-being and improve them for future generations.
To be a steward is to leave something better than you found it, set it up to succeed, and to proliferate life and health.
Integrity is the consistency of actions, values, and principles. To have integrity is to be whole and complete with values and beliefs being in line with actions and relationships.
Honesty, trustworthiness, and willingness to do what is right even at a cost. Integrity suggests the ability to make choices that will allow peace of mind when looked at in hindsight.
Teamwork is work done by many with each doing his or her part, subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole.
Teamwork suggests a willingness to compromise and acknowledge personal strengths and weaknesses to benefit the group, without giving in to selfish motives. Ask for help.
Innovation is the desire to create something that is original, new, and important to break into the market and make more effective products, processes, services, technologies or ideas.
Innovation suggests a desire to create, problem solves, and constantly improve ourselves and the way we live.
Service is to serve others or act in the best interest of others and encourage the participation of others by example.
It is to see the world with a servant’s heart and improve the well-being of others.
Quality means to strive for superiority and fitness of purpose when accomplishing a task or creating something.
Strive to understand purpose, intention, and goals to create things to last and accomplish all desired outcomes with excellence.

Whether it’s a donation to the Veteran’s Memorial or the local Homeless Shelter, the Performing Arts Center or local environmental groups, we believe good citizenship and good business require giving generously. As we help provide the livelihood of dozens of families on the Central Coast, we also want to contribute to the health, safety, education and enjoyment of our communities.
